Jarrod Gowland-Smith

Having worked over 10 years as a media owner in TV, Cinema & Radio, with challenger brands such as C5, Classic FM and Pearl & Dean, I then found myself moving into Barter. A wonderfully enriching business model specialising in creating additional value.  This unique experience now enables me to identify value not usually accounted for,  reinvesting it back into businesses. I'm excited by this business opportunity knowing I can create unforeseen value and identify alternative revenue streams.

Jonathan Bunkall

A globally experienced media leader with a huge passion building brands and scaling businesses.  Having worked for agency and client side for Starcom and brands such as  Huawei, Zapp, SSE, Santander, OPPO and Prudential,  Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in strategic media planning & management.  His acute eye for detail helps clients accelerate growth by unlocking value from their investment in media and establishing best practices to help support and grow internal media capability and expertise as well as being invited to judge various industry media awards!

Tony Holdway

Tony Holdway has over 30 years of retail, marketing, media & commercial experience, most recently consulting & interiming for brands such as Samsung, Pizza Express, Pret A Manger & Dreams.  Prior to this plural world he was Sales & Marketing Director on the board of Domino's UK & ROI, and has also held senior exec positions at House of Fraser, Wickes, Very & WHSmith. As a Fellow of the Marketing Society and board member of the Mobile Marketing Association, he focuses on how to better understand & influence customers across all digital and offline media channels. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Focal Point Coaching & Negotiation, and Henley's River & Rowing Musuem.  Outside of work Tony's a keen musician (he owns 10 guitars) and an avid West Ham United football fan, and is currently busy trying to indoctrinate his two young children to be likewise.

Kim Whitbread-Kinnear

Kim is an experienced Indirect Procurement Leader with a wealth of senior stakeholder leadership experience within both corporate, media owner & agency environments, across a diverse mix of industries. She prides herself on having strong personal and professional morals, with drive and determination to challenge issues and have the personal resilience to take accountability for making difficult decisions.
An adaptable and committed team player, who encourages and inspires individuals to achieve their full potential, Results-driven and performance-focused able to spearhead change initiatives, generate innovative strategies and win influence with senior managers and key industry wide figures. She combines strong strategic development capabilities with first class inter-personal skills.
